You probably had a very big sweet potato my mama always said by the longest a small small ones they have the most flavor so that’s what I do cuz I found the bigger ones took a lot longer to cook

Excellent. I had never thought of putting them in the air fryer but they turned out great. I would add more time in the air fryer if the potatoes are large. We put butter, cinnamon and marshmallows and they were delicious.

A whole new take on sweet potatoes–at least for me. Cooked four together. Added unsalted butter and a light sprinkle of cinnamon when done. As leftovers they were equally as tasty.
